Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Combine water, honey, and yeast. Add whole wheat flour and salt and mix for two minutes.
  2. Cover with a clean dish towel and let raise until doubled, punch down dough then form loaf and let raise again.
  3. Turn mixer speed to kneading and add a cup of bread flour at a time until the dough begins cleaning the sides of the bowl. Continue kneading for ten minutes, adding my more flour if the dough begins to cling to the bowl again.
  4. Bake at 375 degreesd for about 30 minutes.
