Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon (2 T) salt
- 2 tablespoons (3/4 cup) molasses or honey
- 1 1/4 cup (6 c) bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon (3T) instant yeast
- 1 cup (6 c) warm water
- 1 1/4 cup (9 c) whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Combine water, honey, and yeast. Add whole wheat flour and salt and mix for two minutes.
- Cover with a clean dish towel and let raise until doubled, punch down dough then form loaf and let raise again.
- Turn mixer speed to kneading and add a cup of bread flour at a time until the dough begins cleaning the sides of the bowl. Continue kneading for ten minutes, adding my more flour if the dough begins to cling to the bowl again.
- Bake at 375 degreesd for about 30 minutes.
