Weihnachtsstollen

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 11 1/2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 3/4 liter milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 lemon peel, grated
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 750 g raisins
- 375 g currants
- 185 g slivered almonds
- 185 g candied lemon
- 100 g candied orange
Instructions
- Mix like bread.
- Roll out, brush with butter and vanilla, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Fold over.
- Bake at 475° 5 minutes, and then at 375° for another 40 minutes.
- Let cool 5-10 minutes.
