Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Blend eggs and sugar in a blender, making sure to scrape sides thoroughly.
  2. Add condensed milk and blend.
  3. Add cream and vanilla and blend.
  4. Add milk and blend.
  5. Pour into ice cream maker and churn until dasher stops turning.
  6. Quickly transfer into containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before consuming. Makes about 1 quart.
