Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/3 c white sugar
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 c whole milk
Instructions
- Blend eggs and sugar in a blender, making sure to scrape sides thoroughly.
- Add condensed milk and blend.
- Add cream and vanilla and blend.
- Add milk and blend.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn until dasher stops turning.
- Quickly transfer into containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before consuming. Makes about 1 quart.
