Texas Sheet Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c water
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c plus 2 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt; add to cocoa mixture.
- Pour into a greased 15x10x1 baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpickk inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a large saucepan (or microwave bowl), bring 1 c butter, water, and 1/4 c cocoa to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in sour cream or yogurt until smooth.
- In a saucepan or microwave pot, melt 1/2 c butter; add milk and 3 T cocoa.
