Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 3 avocados, mashed
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 heaping Tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 16 oz can refried charro beans
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
Instructions
- Mix together mashed avocados, lemon juice, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
- On a platter, spread refried beans. Spread avocado mix over beans. Spread sour cream mix over avocado.
- Sprinkle green onions followed by onions and then tomatoes over the top. Top with shredded cheese.
- Use as dip for tortilla chips.
