Taco Dip

Instructions

  1. Mix together mashed avocados, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
  3. On a platter, spread refried beans. Spread avocado mix over beans. Spread sour cream mix over avocado.
  4. Sprinkle green onions followed by onions and then tomatoes over the top. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Use as dip for tortilla chips.
