Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut into 1" cubes
- 4 carrots, washed and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 packet onion soup mix, divided
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Grease the inside of a 2-quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add vegetables to crockpot.
- Sprinkle half the onion soup mix over the top.
- Arrange steak evenly over vegetables.
- Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat.
- Cook on "low" setting of crockpot for 8 hours.
