  1. Grease the inside of a 2-quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add vegetables to crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle half the onion soup mix over the top.
  4. Arrange steak evenly over vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.
  6. Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat.
  7. Cook on "low" setting of crockpot for 8 hours.
