Ingredients

• 2 cups blended strawberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cups cream
• 2 cups milk

Instructions

1. Stir together strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit 30 minutes.
2. Add cream and milk. Mix thoroughly.
3. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 2 quarts.
4. Works well with mango instead of strawberries.
