Strawberry Icecream

Ingredients
- 2 cups blended strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups cream
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Stir together strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit 30 minutes.
- Add cream and milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 2 quarts.
- Works well with mango instead of strawberries.
