Stew

Ingredients
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb stew meat
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 potato, chunked
- 3 carrots, chunked
- 1 celery rib, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 2 c water
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in plastic bag.
- Shake meat in flour mixture and brown in oil.
- Meanwhile, spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add potato and carrots.
- Top the potato and carrots with the browned meat.
- Top the meat with celery, garlic, and onion.
- Sprinkle brown gravy mix over the top. Add water.
- Cook on low eight hours. Serves 4-6.
