Steak Chunks

  1. Heat oil over medium heat of large frying pan or electric skillet.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag. Twist closed and shake to evenly mix.
  3. Drop 1/4 of prepared meat chunks into flour mixture. Twist bag shut and shake and manipulate to thoroughly coat meat.
  4. Remove meat a bit at a time, sifting out excess flour, and drop into hot frying pan. Repeat with remaining meat until all has been floured.
  5. Cook,covered, stirring occasionally and adjusting temperature as needed for 20 minutes or until thoroughly browned. Remove lid while cooking if necessary to cook off extra moisture.
