Salted Oreo Ice Cream

  1. Blend eggs, salt, and sugar in a blender, making sure to scrape sides thoroughly.
  2. Add condensed milk and blend.
  3. Add cream and and blend.
  4. Add milk and blend.
  5. Pour into ice cream maker and churn. While churning, put Oreos into a Ziploc bag and crush. Try to keep some variety of chunk sizes rather than making powder.
  6. Once ice cream maker motor gets louder from exertion and ice cream is almost done churning, add the crushed Oreos and continue churning.
  7. When the ice cream maker is finished, immediately move ice cream into containers and into the freezer for at least 4 hours before consuming.
