Salted Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 c whole milk
- 16 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Blend eggs, salt, and sugar in a blender, making sure to scrape sides thoroughly.
- Add condensed milk and blend.
- Add cream and and blend.
- Add milk and blend.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn. While churning, put Oreos into a Ziploc bag and crush. Try to keep some variety of chunk sizes rather than making powder.
- Once ice cream maker motor gets louder from exertion and ice cream is almost done churning, add the crushed Oreos and continue churning.
- When the ice cream maker is finished, immediately move ice cream into containers and into the freezer for at least 4 hours before consuming.
