Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- sprinkle poppy seeds
Instructions
- Spread chicken in bottom of baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over chicken.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds and crackers. Drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350° 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
