Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Sift together (I sift so I don't end up with lumps of baking powder - a humidity issue) flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. Beat together egg, milk, and oil. Add to the flour mixture, stirring till blended but still slightly lumpy. Cook. Makes about eight 4-inch pancakes.
