Oven-fried Chicken

Instructions

  1. Blend crumbs, cheese, and seasonings.
  2. Dip chicken in butter then roll in crumb mixture.
  3. Arrange chicken in single layer in baking pan.
  4. Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken.
  5. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until 165° at thickest part.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy made from drippings.
