Oven-fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent msg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Blend crumbs, cheese, and seasonings.
- Dip chicken in butter then roll in crumb mixture.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in baking pan.
- Drizzle any remaining butter over chicken.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy made from drippings.
