Nana Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small head leaf or romaine or spring mix lettuce, washed and torn
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Wash lettuce leaves in sink of cold water and 1 Tbsp vinegar. Tear up into large bowl.
- Slice green onion, including green tops. Add to lettuce.
- Sprinkle sugar, garlic salt, and pepper over salad. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Toss.
