Meatloaf / Meatloaf Minis

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Combine all ingredients except beef, mix well.
  3. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. (Overmixing will result in a rubbery texture.)
  4. Press into 8x4 loaf pan. Bake one hour.
  5. Let stand 5 mins before slicing.
  6. For meatloaf minis, spoon meat mixture into muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 meatloaf minis (2 per serving)
