Malibu Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Seasonall
- 2/3 c Bisquick
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 squirr mustard
- 1 scoop Miracle Whip
- 2 scoops mayonnaise
- 4 slices mozzarella
- 4 slices ham
Instructions
- Coat boneless skinless chicken breasts in about 2/3 c. bisquick mixed with 1T. Seasonall
- Put 1T. butter in 9 x 13 pan in 400 oven til butter melts and pan is hot
- Place chicken in pan
- Bake at 400 for 35 minutes uncovered
- Turn chicken over and bake additional 15-20 minutes
- Add ham slices and top with mozzarrella cheese. Return to oven and melt cheese
- Serve with mustard sauce made with 2 big scoops mayo, one big scoop Miracle Whip, a big squirt of mustard and about 1 T. worcestershire sauce
