1. Mix well and add sugar to taste.
  2. Soak rice and cinnamon in 1/2 gal water overnight.
  3. Mix both cans milk and other 1/2 gal water and chill in fridge overnight.
  4. Throw away cinnamon sticks, sift rice out of the water, and blend rice and a little bit of the water for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the rice water to the blender and blend for a couple seconds.
  6. Line colander with double-layered cheesecloth and then pour blended rice water into the milk and water mixture.
