Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb pork tenderloin (not pork loin)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin in gallon bag.
- In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients
- Pour marinade over the meat. Marinate 1-8 hours.
- Grill about 20 minutes at medium heat, turning occasionally to each side until pork registers 145 degrees on meat thermomenter.
- Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
