  1. Lightly grease 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, and milk in heavy saucepan.
  3. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Gradually stir in chips until melted.
  7. Mix in marshmallow creme until fully incorporated.
  8. Stir in nuts. Add vanilla.
  9. Pour into prepared pan and cool at room temperature.
