Fudge
Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter
- 3 c sugar
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 12 oz (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Lightly grease 9x13 pan.
- Mix butter, sugar, and milk in heavy saucepan.
- Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Gradually stir in chips until melted.
- Mix in marshmallow creme until fully incorporated.
- Stir in nuts. Add vanilla.
- Pour into prepared pan and cool at room temperature.
