Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- Varies Vegetable oil to deep fry with
- 2 package(16 oz.) large square egg roll wrappers
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 lb. bean sprouts
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 pound ground pork
Instructions
- Brown ground pork with ginger and garlic and then drain grease.
- Meanwhile, prep vegetables.
- Transfer them to a bowl and add the browned pork. Stir in soy and oyster sauces
- Put about 2 tablespoons of filling in each egg roll.
- Follow the folding directions on the back of the package, and then deep fry at 400 degrees a few at a time, on each side, until golden brown (usually takes 1-2 minutes).
- Drain on paper towels.
