Egg Rolls

  1. Brown ground pork with ginger and garlic and then drain grease.
  2. Meanwhile, prep vegetables.
  3. Transfer them to a bowl and add the browned pork. Stir in soy and oyster sauces
  4. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling in each egg roll.
  5. Follow the folding directions on the back of the package, and then deep fry at 400 degrees a few at a time, on each side, until golden brown (usually takes 1-2 minutes).
  6. Drain on paper towels.
