Creamed Tuna

  1. In a saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk in milk all at once; cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Whisk in sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  3. Add tuna and parsley. Heat through. Serve over toast. Serves 4-6.
