Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 6 1/2 oz can tuna, drained
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk in milk all at once; cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Whisk in sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Add tuna and parsley. Heat through. Serve over toast. Serves 4-6.
