Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- In a mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla till light and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating till smooth.
- Spread over cooled cake; sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Cover, store in refrigerator.
