Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Remove wrappers from Kisses.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add flour; blend until smooth. Stir in mini chips.
  3. Mold tablespoon of dough around each Kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
  5. A shortbread-type cookie - will retain ball shape
