Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 4 c powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cream butter well.
- Add vanilla.
- Makes 2 1/2 c - enough for a two-layer cake.
- Add cocoa and salt. Cream until fluffy.
- Beat in sugar alternately with milk until creamy.
