Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
- 1/4 c bread crumbs
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- dash pepper
- dash salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 T mayonnaise
- 4 chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Pound breasts until they are thin. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
- Top each breast with a slice of cheese, then a half-slice of ham. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpick.
- Stir together mayo and water in a shallow dish.
- Roll each chicken fillet in the mayo mixture, then in the bread crumbs. Arrange seam-side down in a baking pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
