Charro Beans

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel. Set aside.
  2. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add Rotel and simmer about ten minutes, cooking off some of the liquid.
  3. Add pinto beans with their juices. Bring to boil and simmer an hour or heat in crock pot 4 hours on low.
