Charro Beans

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 111 oz can pinto beans
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towel. Set aside.
- Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add Rotel and simmer about ten minutes, cooking off some of the liquid.
- Add pinto beans with their juices. Bring to boil and simmer an hour or heat in crock pot 4 hours on low.
