Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- pinch salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2-4 Tbsp mik or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Beat butter and salt.
- Add powdered sugar and milk alternately, half at a time, creaming together until smooth between each addition.
- Beat in vanilla. Spread.
- Enough for a two-layer cake
