Breadsticks

  1. Combine 1/4 cup water and yeast. Mix 1 1/2 cups water, sugar, salt and flour together, and then add yeast mixture. Add flour and mix well. Cover and let rise for 10 mins.
  2. Melt butter in 9x13 pan in preheating 375° oven. (Be careful to not leave too long in oven.) Roll dough on floured surface. Cut in strips with pizza cutter. Put in pan and roll in butter.
  3. Once all breadsticks are in pan, sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic salt. Bake at 375 for 20 mins.
