Banana Bread or Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 large bananas, pureed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Beat together butter and sugar.
- Add egg. Beat well.
- Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Blend in pureed bananas.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into two loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 one hour.
- Remove from pans to cool.
- ***To make 24 muffins, divide batter into muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.***
