Banana Bread or Muffins

  1. Beat together butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg. Beat well.
  3. Mix in whole wheat flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Blend in pureed bananas.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Pour into two loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 350 one hour.
  8. Remove from pans to cool.
  9. ***To make 24 muffins, divide batter into muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.***
