Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup butter
Instructions
- Place peeled and sliced apples in square pan. Sprinkle lemon juice, then sugar over apples.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Melt butter and mix into dry mixture. Spread over apples.
- Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.
