60-Minute Rolls (Pigs in Blankets or Cinnamon Rolls)

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, water, and butter. Microwave until butter begins to melt and liquids are quite warm but not hot.
  2. Add sugar, yeast, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  3. Mix in 3 cups of flour. Continue adding flour until a smooth dough is formed. Knead only until well combined.
  4. Place bowl in sink of warm water, allowing dough to rise for ten minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  6. Form rolls and place in greased 9x13" pan.
  7. Cover loosely with towel. Allow to rise ten minutes.
  8. Bake in 425 degree oven 12 minutes.
  9. ***Will cover 16 hot dogs for pigs in blankets. Can be rolled out, spread with butter, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, and sliced with dental floss to form cinnamon rolls.***
