"Funeral" Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 medium botatoes, boiled, cooled, and grated
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter, divided
- 2 cups corn flakes, mashed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first six ingredients and half the butter and spread in 9x13” greased pan.
- Mix together remaining ¼ cup melted butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture and bake 35-40 minutes. Serves 8-12.
