Ingredients

• 8 medium botatoes, boiled, cooled, and grated
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup melted butter, divided
• 2 cups corn flakes, mashed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first six ingredients and half the butter and spread in 9x13” greased pan.
2. Mix together remaining ¼ cup melted butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture and bake 35-40 minutes. Serves 8-12.
